Q: Are bed linens and towels included in the vacation rental fees?

A: Yes, all vacation rentals have sheets for every bed and sofa bed, bath, hand and face towels, pool or beach towels, and kitchen linens.


Q: Is there high speed internet or wireless?

A: Yes, Every vacation rental we manage EXCEPT where it’s not listed has high speed wireless internet.

Q: How much money is due and when?

A: Depending on how far in advance the reservation is made, length of stay and type of property will depend on the payment schedule. For some rentals 50% of the total is due plus a refundable security deposit upon reservation and the 50% balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival or with special arrangements can be paid upon arrival. For unusually long stays or large amounts, we will be able to make alternative arrangements depending on how far in advance the reservation is made.

Q: Can you hold a place for me for a few days, a week, or until I decide?

A: Sometimes, because each vacation rental is unique, we do not, as a rule, hold dates. Our rental agreements can be accepted electronically on many vacation rental sites or via email, we take online bookings, and we accept all major credit cards to make the process easy. If using a credit card there could be an additional 3-4% handling fee to cover the cost of the credit card fees.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: There is a 50% refund up to 60 days prior to your arival date unless otherwise stated on your agreement. All security deposits and cleaning fees are fully refunded. Refunds outside of this policy are at our discretion.

However if you cancel at any time prior to your arrival and we are able to fill those dates, as courtesy we will give a partial refund depending on the amount of days and rate charged, less any fees.

Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM IDT(Israel Daylight Time ) on the appropriate day.

We encourage those who might have to cancel their reservation to purchase trip insurance. Please inquire.

Q: We are really neat people; can we clean the place ourselves and skip the normal cleaning fee?

A: No. Toilets, bathrooms, kitchens get cleaned properly by our staff. That means we are responsible for cleaning. We appreciate if you keep the place tidy.

Q: Will you consider a small dog / declawed cat / well behaved hairless dog / etc?

A: If a vacation rental is pet friendly, the listing will say so, however you should always ask. If you reserve a place with no pets and it says no pets, that means no pets.

Q: Can we smoke on the balcony, the patio, with the windows open?

A: No. All properties unless stated are strictly non smoking. Smoking is never allowed anywhere on any of our properties. Smoking inside a unit could cause for eviction or additional charges to clean the property.

Q: Your guest limit says “A” can we bring 1 more and they can sleep on the floor? Or We have “A” people plus a baby (toddler, etc.), is that ok?

A: Yes, but there is usually an additional charge for extra guests unless occupancy limits are strict.

Q: What time is check in? What time is check out?

A: Check in is any time AFTER 2 pm. Do not arrive early at your vacation rental; we need this time to prepare your vacation home for your stay. Check out is by 10am sharp. Again, we need this time to prepare the vacation rental for the next guest, however we can hold your luggage if possible or if no other guest is checking in then a late check-out can be requested. Please inquire.

Q: Can we have early check in? Or late departure?

A: That depends. During the height of the season, possibly, back to back rentals require a tight schedule from our cleaning teams. At other times we may be able to arrange something ahead of time, and for a small fee. Fees are used to compensate the people who do the work to prepare your vacation rental…to adapt their schedules or hire more help.

Q: Will you take $xyz for our stay?

A: Our prices are firm and fair, however for long-term or monthly rentals rates are usually less. We will occasionally offer last minute specials too.

Q: You state a 3 (or more) night minimum, will you make an exception?

A: That depends on the vacation rental, the season, the owner, and circumstances. It never hurts to ask.

Q: Are your vacation rentals handicap accessible?

A: Some are. Please inquire.

Q: Is there air conditioning?

A: Most have AC, check the amenities listings.

Q: Are there a washer and dryer in the vacation rental?

A: Usually a washer is more common and a dryer would be an exception. Again check the amenities listings.

Q: You Charge for "Normal Departure Cleaning." What do we have to do upon check out?

A: If you could take the linens off the bed and put them in the clothes hamper and dispose of any food and drinks left inside the sleeping rooms or any other besides the kitchen area.
